This is all about the terms and conditions for the store and applies if you interact with that, like place orders, create an account… Keep in mind that the information stated in For you information still applies. However, these terms and conditions trumps the other information, if these two texts contradict each other.

YOUR INFORMATION

You still own that

When you place an order, you obviously need to provide some information about yourself. This information is only used to process you order and send it to you. I won’t sign you up for any email list (I don’t actually have one) or start sending you other snail-mail.

Some information in your order may be saved for book-keeping purposes according to the law.

PLACING ORDERS

Give it to me, baby

As of now, and probably always, I only sell to private individuals. No companies. If you still want to use the product in your company, that’s totally up to you. But I do not sell with reduced VAT/taxes. FYI.

When ordering you will receive a confirmation email that your order and payment was successful. If you believe you have made a successful order and still haven’t received this email within 24 hours, please contact me at sandrasjoo@icloud.com.

SHIPPING

What the ship is up?

When you place an order, the shipping cost for your area is stated in the checkout. You have to pay that shipping cost. The shipping may differentiate on area of delivery. The shipping is meant to simply cover the cost of, you guessed it, shipping your product.

I am currently shipping to all countries within the EU VAT area. If you are uncertain if your country is part of that area, simply use the internet to find out. If your country aren’t, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note, if any additional costs occur (taxes, toll, delivery-fees) they are at your own expense.

RETURNS

A change of heart

If you have a change of heart it’s my intention to offer full refunds (shipping/other external costs not included). The refund can be done within 30 days of purchase. The item has to be unused (you can try it on of course) and you need to show your receipt.

The product needs to be sent back and received by me before I can refund your money.

PAYMENTS

Cash is not king

This store only exists online and all payments are done here. No cash.

Your super sensitive information is never stored or handled by me, it’s all managed with secure gateways. These gateway providers may have their own policies, and when using them you agreed to these. I suggest reading those policies as well as these.

This is all done for your security. I want you to sleep well at night knowing everything is according to law and high standards.
