These terms and conditions is all about the store and how it works. What are your rights and mine? What about payments, shipping and returns? I try to answer all of this and more here.


The terms and conditions are all about the store and only applies if you have any interaction with that (order a product, create an account, or similar…), but keep in mind that the information stated in the privacy policy still applies. However, should these two texts contradict each other, this one trumps the other.


I only sell to individuals. No companies. If you want to use the product in your company, that’s totally up to you, but I do not sell with reduced VAT or taxes. FYI.

When ordering you will receive a confirmation email that your order and payment was successful. If you believe you have made a successful order/payment and still haven’t received this email within 24 hours, please let me know.


When you place an order, the shipping cost for your area is stated in the checkout. What ever that says is what you have to pay, those are the terms and conditions. The shipping may differ on area of delivery. The shipping is meant to simply cover the cost of, you guessed it, shipping your product.

I currently ship to all countries within the EU and EU VAT area. If you are uncertain if your country is part of that area, simply use the internet to find out. If your country isn’t, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. If your country is, but you can’t place an order, contact me and we’ll sort it out.

Please note, if any additional costs occur (taxes, toll, delivery-fees) they are at your own expense.


It is my intention to offer full refunds (shipping and other external costs not included) if you change your mind on your purchase. The refund can be done within 30 days of purchase, the item has to be clean and undamaged (you can try it on of course) and you need to show a valid receipt. The refund can only be processed to the same account the payment came from.

If you have received your order (or it has been shipped), it needs to be sent back and received by us before the refund can be issued. You will have to pay for the return cost.


This store only exists online and all payments are done here. No cash.

All payments are managed by secure and trusted payment gateways (for example PayPal) and your super sensitive information is never stored or handled by me. These gateway providers may have their own policies, and when using them you agreed to these (you can see the gateway providers you may use in your are when you’re in the checkout). I strongly suggest reading those policies as well as these. This is all done for your security, so that you can sleep well at night knowing everything is according to law and held at very high security standards.


These terms and conditions may change, be added to and/or deleted… I have the right to do so without notifying you. I will state here when they were last updates though. Just follow the law and these terms, don’t be a dumbass. I do my best following the best practices too, but hey we can all make mistakes, so let’s give each other the benefit of the doubt.
